Terms of Service

Welcome to the Planning Center / Discord Check-In Plugin (“the Service”), developed and maintained by Iterix (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Service.

1. Eligibility and Access

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age allowed in your region to use Discord).
• You must have authorization to use your organization’s Planning Center account.
• You must have permission to manage integrations on your Discord server.

2. Description of the Service

The Service enables Discord users to check into Planning Center events through a secure bot interaction. Additional admin moderation tools may be provided.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

• Collected data may include Discord IDs, check-in times, and Planning Center identifiers.
• No sensitive personal information is stored long-term.
• Data is protected and never sold. See our Privacy Policy for more.

4. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, abuse, or illegal usage of the bot or check-in system.
• Do not reverse-engineer or tamper with the Service.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Planning Center or Discord. It is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or availability.

6. Termination

We may suspend access for violations without notice. You may opt out by removing the bot from your server.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of any changes.
